Today we launch our new Spring menu! The best thing about having a seasonal menu is being able to provide the freshest and best produce to our customers at any time of year.


We are super excited about this one. You may notice elements from some of our older dishes but it is mostly a revamp on our previous menus. Why? We like to keep things new and exciting, without compromising on flavour or tastiness.

Some highlights are:

Lemon Myrtle Mousse (v) compressed vanilla apple & strawberry, finger lime, wattleseed granola  16

Green Egg & Ham textures of pea, slow braised ham hock, minted béarnaise, manchego croquette, sous vide egg  22

Tamarind Prawn Toast fried egg, betal leaf, roasted peanut, young coconut salad 23

Bug Burger chilli salt Morton Bay bug, seaweed tartare, crushed pea, house slaw 23

Oh, and did you see it’s an all day menu? That’s right. Now you can order a burger first thing after that big night out…

So let’s welcome in this (mostly) warmer weather with this beautiful menu; we think it’s our best one to date.
