We’ve been working on this menu for a little while & super excited to get it out to you now just in time for Summer!

A few of the faves have made the cut, so have a bevy of cool new dishes.

Take for example the Compressed Watermelon. Compressed Watermelon we hear you say!? Our talented chefs prepare the watermelon in a vacuum pack machine which makes it oh so juicy, dense and wonderfully pink. Paired with the most zingy passion fruit curd and a black pepper tuile to boot, this dish will put your palate into overdrive.

You will notice a couple of sweet options, such as the Blueberry Buttermilk Hotcake with honeycomb butter, pancetta, maple syrup and blueberry & rosemary coulis and the French Toast with strawberry, pistachio praline & marscapone. Dessert is for any time of the day in our opinion.

For lunch, what better way to go than a Kansas Fried Chicken Burger, Vertue Vietnamese Slaw, served with CURLY fries. That’s right, throwback to your childhood and the delightful curly fry goodness. Add some bacon for extra tastiness…
