We are so thrilled to be launching our delicious New Winter Menu that will keep you warm in this chilly Melbourne weather.
There are many new treats to try such as the Almond Milk Oat Porridge with apple pudding, parsnip pastry and candied walnut, or the Espresso French Toast with apricot gel, mascarpone, mandarin curd, pistachio praline, tarragon oil, dehydrated mandarin for those with a sweet tooth. On the more savoury side is the Coffee Cured Salmon with heirloom beetroot textures, celeriac cream, polenta crumbed eggs and goats’ curd marshmallow or the Crispy Pork Belly with soft duck egg, spiced sweet potato puree, black pudding and quince gel.
Breakfast is served all day everyday and from 10.30am, you can also enjoy the Superfood Salad with quinoa & amaranth, avocado, cucumber, broccoli, pomegranate, pepita, alfafa and mung bean or perhaps the vibrant Green Pea Soup with braised smoked ham hock and quail egg, served with multigrain toast is more your style. If a burger’s your thing, try our new Smoked Beef Brisket Open Burger with house made BBQ sauce, pickled radish, jalapeno, coriander, melted provolone served with beer battered onion rings. It’s sure to get your senses going.
