San Martin Jilotepeque, located in the department of Chimaltenango, is relatively undiscovered in cultivation and production of coffee, despite ideal conditions. The coffee is grown mostly under shade in volcanic soil rich in minerals, which creates a special microclimate giving this coffee very particular characteristics.
This certified organic coffee from Guatemala is crisp, balanced, super sweet and clean. Apricot nectar notes vie with finger lime acidity, with a smooth butterscotch finish.
