Papua New Guinea produces some seriously delicious coffee - just ask Marcel - we love this coffee for the mixture of milk chocolate and subtle fruit it has in the cup, and we like to support some of our nearest neighbours. Peaberries occur naturally in about 5% of coffee crops, but even though they can be tricky to roast, we find they tend to accentuate some complex character.
