Coffees from Tarrazu have an excellent reputation worldwide, and this deliciously clean caturra is an excellent example.
The coffee is dry macerated for 24 hours, then fermented for 12 hours in water, and then for 12 hours again in fresh water, leaving a complex cup of deliciously textured stonefruit.
