Santa Isabel has been in operation since 1875, run by 5 generations of the Valdes family. Santa Isabel has some very strict picking standards, but sustainably employs 500 pickers though each harvest.
Santa Isabel uses an ecological water process, reusing as much of the washing water as is possible. The farm has a natural reserve attached and many sustainability practices in place, such as using pulp as fertiliser.
This coffee presents a mixture of stonefruit, delicate florals and loads of complex sweetness.
