In 2005 Prakashan Balaraman took over the operations of the farm and put huge efforts into a focus on specialty coffee. We all get to enjoy the fruits of his labour!\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis very special coffee is fermented in air tight bags, tightly packed with pineapple fruit for 72 hours, before being sun-dried on raised beds for 25-30 days. The result is an amazingly complex coffee. As you would expect, big and varied boozy pineapple notes, complex sweetness reminiscent of maltesers, with apple \u0026amp; nectarine crumble toastiness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAbsolutely delicious!
