In 2005 Prakashan Balaraman took over the operations of the farm and put huge efforts into a focus on specialty coffee. We all get to enjoy the fruits of his labour!\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis very special coffee is fermented in air tight bags, tightly packed with pineapple fruit for 72 hours, before being sun-dried on raised beds for 25-30 days. The result is an amazingly complex coffee. This is liquid candy, with a fizzy sweetness of watermelon sherbet and grape soda, paired with a caramel sundae, smothered in malt, nuts and chocolate.
