The San Vicente farm is situated in the region of Santa Barbara Mountain, an area of more than 121 square km for coffee production. Further up the mountain is a national park forest reserve.
This coffee has got a lot happening. Soft white chocolate notes lead to panela sweetness, with shortbready lemon cheesecake noticeable throughout. A zing of citrus and lychee on the finish.
