Moccamaster Classic 12 Month Subscription Offer Terms & Conditions

This offer enables customers to purchase the Moccamaster Classic over 12 months for a monthly fee of $99-$219. It is open to all customers based in Australia.

This is a limited time offer that may be withdrawn or amended (for new customers) by Vertue Coffee Roasters at any time without notice.

Customers must sign up to a customer account with Vertue Coffee Roasters in order to access this offer.

The Moccomaster Classic will be shipped to the customer after the first monthly payment, but will remain the property of Vertue Coffee Roasters until the full 12 instalments are paid (total cost of $1,188 on the 1kg monthly subscription) OR an early termination fee is paid.

Monthly payments will be automatically debited from your preferred method of payment during the first week of each month.

A $15 administration fee will be a charged for each occurrence of a rejected transaction due to insufficient funds or card details having been changed. It is the responsibility of the customer to update their own payment details via the online customer portal should they change during the course of the 12 months.

If the customer wishes to terminate the subscription prior to completing the 12 monthly payments, an early termination fee of $500 will be charged at which point ownership will transfer to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Vertue Coffee Roasters of their early termination in writing at least one week prior to the next monthly instalment date.

Inclusive in the $99 monthly fee is 1kg of Roaster’s Choice Filter Coffee, which is selected by our Head Roaster each month. Customers can also choose to receive 2kg of coffee each month for a monthly fee of $159 x 12 months (total cost of $1,908) or 3kg of coffee each month for a monthly fee of $219 x 12 months (total $2,628). The early termination fee is the same on all plans.

Delivery of the Moccamaster Classic machine and the monthly coffee is inclusive in the monthly fee.

After the 12th payment, if the subscription is not terminated by the customer it will continue as the coffee-only ROASTER'S CHOICE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION - FILTER ROAST or ROASTER'S CHOICE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION - ESPRESSO ROAST at a reduced monthly fee $69 for 1kg of coffee From this point onwards, the customer is welcome to pause, amend or cancel the subscription at any time via the online customer portal, or by giving notice in writing to Vertue Coffee Roasters at least 7 days prior to the due date of their next payment.
