Vertue Coffee Roasters Competition Tc and Cs 

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions
   2.    The promotion commences on 8:00am AEST on Monday 7th December 2020 and concludes 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 20thDecember 2020  
   3.    The winner will be announced on Monday 21st December 2020  
   4.    Entry is open to all Australian Residents aged 18 years and over. 
   5.    To enter the promotion, participants must do the following: 
    a. Follow @vertuecoffee on Instagram 
   b. Comment on the @vertuecoffee Competition Post by tagging your friends. 
   6. This competition is a game of chance and will be randomly drawn.  
   7. There will be only one winner selected. The winner will be selected based on chance on Monday 21st December 2020. The winner will be selected by Vertue Coffee Roasters. 
   8. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message 
   9. If winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, a new winner will be redrawn. 
   10. The winning prize may differ than the pack pictured in the competition posts posted on the Vertue Coffee Roasters Instagram page. 
   11. Vertue Coffee Roasters reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify: 
   a.     Any entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the promotion process; 
   b. Any entries that Vertue Coffee Roasters considers manipulative, unrepresentative or disproportionate; 
   c. Any individuals found entering who corrupt or affect, or attempt to corrupt or affect, the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the promotion process. 
   12. Employees and Owners of Vertue Coffee Roasters or agencies associated with the promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the promotion. 
   13. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. It is non-refundable and cannot be altered in any way and cannot be taken in parts. 
   14. Vertue Coffee Roasters expressly disclaim any responsibility and entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the promotion entities from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss whatsoever relating to or arising in connection with participation in this promotion (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded. 
   15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook or Instagram. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to Vertue Coffee Roasters by Instagram message. Vertue Coffee Roasters decision concerning any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
