Located between the Fraijanes Plateau & the New Oriente region, this coffee is collected from small farmers in the Santa Rosa department. This region comprises rich, volcanic soil, surrounded by the Tacuamburro volcanic complex and situated on the southern coast of Guatemala. Pacific tropical winds bring regular rain and warm air to the area. It is this combination of climate & soil that makes this region one of the best places for coffee cultivation in the country.
We find this coffee to be delicately flavoured, super clean, caramel and tangy citrus/yuzu combine, stonefruit sweetness, along with memories of honeyjoys as a kid. Can't go wrong!
