How does a Vertue subscription work?
Choose a coffee, pick a delivery frequency (fortnightly or monthly), and check out as normal. From your Loop subscriber account you can skip deliveries, swap coffees, change frequency or cancel — no need to contact us.
Can I subscribe to more than one coffee?
Yes. Each coffee is its own subscription. Add a second or third at checkout, or from your Loop account at any time.
Can I skip or change a delivery?
Yes. From your Loop subscriber account you can skip a delivery, push out the next order date, swap to a different coffee, or change your frequency — any time before the order processes.
How do I cancel?
From your Loop subscriber account — click Manage, then Cancel. No calls, no retention process. Cancellation is immediate.
Which coffees can I subscribe to?
Anything in our range — espresso blends, filter roasts, single origins. We add new coffees as they're released, and you can subscribe to any of them.
Does the discount apply to all bag sizes?
Yes. The subscription discount applies to all weight options — 250g, 500g and 1kg.
